Located in the heart of the Central Business District, our hotel offers 35 stylish Pittsburgh meeting rooms and conference venues to accommodate events of all sizes. Grand Ballroom

Offering 17,280 square feet of meeting space, our Grand Ballroom is the largest and most distinguished ballroom space of any hotel in Pittsburgh that has hosted everything from celebrity galas to conventions. Comfortably host up to 2000 guests, or divide the space into smaller meeting areas for more intimate interaction. The Grand Ballroom features 19-foot ceilings, built-in stage, wireless Internet, and can be outfitted with state-of-the-art projection equipment from Encore Event Technologies. The freight elevator is located behind the stage for eacy access to the loading dock with reinforced floors to accommodate moving equipment.

King’s Garden Ballroom

Offering views of Pittsburgh’s famed Point State Park and three rivers, our King’s Garden Ballroom provides 10,080 square feet of meeting space and makes the ideal setting for wedding receptions or corporate events. Overhead chandeliers and wall sconces enhance the natural light provided by the floor-to-ceiling windows stretching as tall as 24 feet. Comfortably host up to 500 guests, and take advantage of comprehensive audiovisual equipment such as the wall-mounted projection screen.

Executive Center

For smaller gatherings or conferences that require space for close collaboration, our Executive Center offers 11 breakout rooms of varying sizes, including our Stanwix Board room, perfectly set-up for your board meeting or just to gather people for a quick meeting as well as our Rivers room which can be divided into three smaller meeting areas. Additionally, the Sterlings include lobby level rooms that are ideal for pre-function VIP parties and provide private bathrooms and floor to ceiling windows. Many of our meeting rooms offer views of the surrounding rivers and city, and all are outfitted with the latest in audio visual capabilities.
